## Why a Competition?

**Because it is fun!** Where else can you say that cybersecurity is fun?

One-on-one, on-the-job training for 7 months to _really_ learn to manage your cybersecurity risks. Winners speak at the state cybersecurity conference, but all participants sleep better at night!

## Proven format since 2018

We’ve been running our Cybersecurity Competition for Small Businesses since 2018 and we will run one in your community too!

We will even write a grant with you to pay for it!

## Your time commitment

- Promote the competition in your community, just like you would any other event.
- Find sponsors for prizes and/or participant scholarships.
- Work with us to create a registration process.
- Review your work with the professionals on your cyber team.
- Recruit judges from the community.
- Find a seat at the awards table for the winners!
- Celebrate! Your small business community is safer and customers notice!
