If you sign up for the Senior Flyers, we do share your email address with Wyoming AARP and the Wyoming Division of Aging since they are the distributors of the flyers.
  • Data Storage: Your email addresses are securely stored in customer management software, which adheres to the highest standards of data privacy and security as outlined by GDPR.
  • Links: This website contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Program Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have with respect to this information.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected by CyberWyoming, CyberWyoming Alliance, and Teens Exploring Careers. Collectively these are referred to as “we”, “our” or “us”.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by (or via indirect link to) our websites, content, and/or otherwise in the course of our activities and services (collectively, “services”). CyberWyoming, CyberWyoming Alliance, and Teens Exploring Careers are a non-profit limited company with its principal organization legal name of Made Safe in Wyoming dba CyberWyoming.

We collect a limited amount of data about visitors to our websites
We only collect email addresses from individuals who choose to subscribe to one or more of our newsletters. We collect only necessary data for users of our programs
For users of our programs, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Competition, LEGO models for educators, and Teens Exploring Careers, we collect names, addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers for the purpose of working with users of these programs.
For clients who join the Cybersecurity Competition, we collect data about their cybersecurity practices, policies, and IT infrastructure. All data is kept confidential and secure in accordance with our Cyber Competition-Data Protection policy that is shared with each client before any information is shared with CyberWyoming. Clients can request that their data is deleted at any time. After two years of non-contact, their data will be deleted. No client information is shared outside CyberWyoming without prior approval from the client, and it is shared only with CyberWyoming employees who are working with the client, unless the client approves other economic development agencies who have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

We collect only necessary data of donors and grantors
We collect names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses for donors and grantors. Any financial data such as credit card numbers is managed through third party applications such as GiveGab (WyoGives).

We collect only necessary and promotional data of members and sponsors
We collect names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses for members and sponsors as well as website promotional information pre-approved by that member or sponsor. We do not physically handle credit card information or accept credit card information over the phone. If members and sponsors choose to pay by credit card, they are directed to our website which is integrated with a third party payment transaction provider. Any financial data such as credit card numbers is managed through this third party payment transaction provider.

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect users’ data.
We and our third-party data processors maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect user data, and conduct ongoing monitoring, training, auditing, encryption, and improvement of such measures. In the event of a data breach, we will promptly take steps to mitigate the breach and if required will notify relevant organizations, individuals, and/or authorities. You understand, however, that no data transmission over the internet or stored on a server can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us and cannot be responsible for the theft, loss, destruction, or inadvertent disclosure of user data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time.
From time to time we may need to change the terms of this Privacy Policy in order to conform with changes to our services or legal requirements. We reserve the right to make such changes at any time, subject to notice and posting of the new Privacy Policy terms on our website. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy each time you enter user data, visit our website or use our services, to make sure you understand our current policy on collecting and using user data.

Text Communications Policy

If you text us first, we are not able to text you back per FCC ruling. However, we will call you back. By texting us, you opt-in for this call from our 307.223.1265 phone number. To opt out, text “stop” at any time.

We do not collect phone numbers on our website and we do not send mass texts to website subscribers or clients.

We find this annoying so we assume you do too.
